An old hotel that has a maritime theme and beautifully maintained. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was positioned in a great part of town. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Great location for touring, just across from Hyde Park. Helpful staff and everyone was so friendly. Hop On Hop Off tour companies are right across the street so very handy. Felt like a safe area as well.

This is a solid, very nice mid-tier hotel. Nothing fancy but great for an affordable stay. Its location is excellent, right next to a major underground stop. The only disappointment was the restaurants: breakfast buffet - decent not more; Hell’s Kitchen - well presented, but pricey and not very flavorful, and Lirica - below average in many ways. Bar was terrific however! So best to go elsewhere for dinners.

Loved our time at the Cumberland. We enjoyed the VIP lounge and complimentary drinks and snacks. Central to the shopping district. We also enjoyed Hells Kitchen, which is attached to the hotel.
