The hotel "does the job" of a cheap night in London. The entrance is a hairdresser which is very confusing. The reception staff was clueless. They asked for ID saying they were keeping it. After a few questions, I understood he was not keeping it... There was no bodysoap in the room. The lights were on in the first room I got in so not great for the environment and it smelt of cigarette. We asked to change and the second room was fine. Well insulated noise wise which was appreciated. The mattress was comfortable.

I wouldn't go back I was ready to leave as soon as I got there. No privacy builder's walking on the roof past my window. Location is excellent.

Money value in London

Great location right 1 minute from bayswater tube station. Value worth being in London W1! Just tiny tiny room! Definitely best option for a couple of days!

Ótimo custo benefício em Londres!

Fiquei hospedada por 9 dias no Hotel. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. O hotel é pequeno e aconchegante. Os quartos são muito pequenos, mas funcionais. LImpeza impecável, chuveiro quente, roupa de cama limpa, toalhas limpas. Chaleira elétrica e sachês de chá e café nos quartos, ótima vedação das janelas, quarto silencioso. O maior destaque do hotel é a localização: perfeita! Duas linhas de metrô , uma praticamente na porta a outra a poucos metros. Muitos locais para alimentação e muito perto do Palácio de Kensington. Super recomendo.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren hart & als wir eincheckten war der Boden im Zimmer total verstaubt. Wir mussten das Personal bitten, unser Zimmer zu reinigen, was dann auch am nächsten morgen passiert ist. Personal aber super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Situata a poca distanza di 2 fermate della metro, personale accogliente e disponibile, camera family spaziosa nella media degli hotel, ma con poco spazio per i propri capi di abbigliamento. Camera al quarto piano, quindi molto silenziosa. Colazione di buona qualità e abbastanza varia.

Good overall, good for foodies!

If you're expecting 5 star, kindly look somewhere else. Overall, a pleasant stay...although small n basic, the property is clean n value for money...located in a convenient n safe location, easily accessible to two tube stations within 5 minutes' walk (one line 10 mins to Oxford Street/15 mins to Victoria Station/5 mins to Westfield Mall), n neighbouring to lots of amazing eateries - Chinese food (New Fortune Cookie, Mandarin Kitchen, Kam Tong n others) halal restaurants, Indian (Khan's), Thai, Italian etc all within a stone's throw away. 10 mins walk to Kensington Gardens. Highly recommended!

Lage top. Mehr aber auch nicht. Mitten in der Nacht wurde in Hotel gebohrt, gehämmert. Die dreckige Wäsche wurde nachts abgeholt. In der Dusche und im Bad waren überall Haare von den Zimmermädchen. Dreckige Handtücher, dreckige Bettwäsche.

Tiny but pleasant

The hotel was clean but the shower had a funny smell. The room was tiny. Expect it to be difficult to store big bags in there. Besides that, our stay here was pleasant. Very close to two Underground stations.

Leider ist man auf die Kritikpunkte der Sauberkeit im Badezimmer nicht eingegangen. Zwar wurde uns versprochen, dass das Badezimmer gereinigt wird, aber außer des Waschbeckens wurde die Dusche leider nicht gereinigt. Ich möchte dann nicht wissen von wem die Haare an der Duschwand sind.

Pros: 1) Location was superb! Within 100m of Bayswater station. And within stone’s throw of multiple supermarkets and eateries. 2) Breakfast is good. Happy we got the option for breakfast. Cons: 1) Myself and guests of three other rooms got locked out of the hotel door at around 9pm. Our access cards which was supposed to give us entry wouldn’t work and reception was not around. Waited outside for 15 mins. 2) Stayed there for four nights. Room was not cleaned for the first three mornings despite hanging the door sign for make my room. On the fourth morning I experimented by not hanging any sign and voila my room was cleaned. 3) Room is rather small, but I guess that’s expected for London. 4) Friend in another room who stayed closer to the bar experienced loud music playing coming from the other establishment. Front desk was less than happy to listen to his feedback and no resolution was offered. 5) Warm shower is only good for one person. My partner always showers before me and when I shower right after her, the water becomes freezing cold after.

Struttura moderna e pulitissima. Camera quadrupla piuttosto grande, meglio di come ce l'aspettavamo. Bagno pulito con una grande doccia. Tv in camera, bollitore con tisane e biscotti gratis. Zona ben servita con ristoranti, banca, negozietti per souvenir non troppo costosi, 2 supermercati e stazione della metro Bayswater a 2 minuti, mentre la stazione di Queensway a 4 minuti. A una fermata di metro da Paddington railway station e dal quartiere di Notting Hill (vicina a Portobello road) raggiungibile anche a piedi. L'albergo si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e molto frequentato, anche la sera. Consiglio di leggere in bagno l'avviso per il cambio delle asciugamani. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Vicino alla reception c'è una macchinetta per caffè, tisane/camomilla/ tè gratis e disponibile per tutto il giorno. In camera, sul comodino, c'è anche l'attacco USB per ricaricare il telefono o altro.

J'y retournerai

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel à la reception est tres agréable et toujours disponible. La chambre et la salle de bains ne sont pas grandes mais elles sont propres. Le chauffage est individuel. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le seul véritable point négatif : chaque nuit, entre 22h30 et 23h, un agent vient chercher des sacs (de draps et serviettes sales j'imagine) qui se trouvent dans des placards dans les couloirs de l'hôtel. Chaque soir, l'agent claquait les portes pendant plus de 20 minutes, nous empêchant de dormir. J'ai dû à plusieurs reprises sortir de la chambre pour lui faire la remarque.
