Location of the property is big plus as it is just in front of Hayes & Harlington station. Only problem was corridors of the property were smelling.
Apartment was nice and clean
Have stayed here twice. The first time was an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. The suite itself was nice but it was so very far from the lobby which was inconvenient and the hallways were very grungy looking and dark. The 2nd stay I asked for something closer to the lobby which was way smaller being just like a hotel room but it was really bright and clean, close to the lobby and still had the same kitchenette and table as the other suite, which is so very handy. The property is extremely convenient for catching the train to Heathrow with the train station being practically outside the front lobby. The suites are very soundproof. The lobby staff were really nice, friendly and helpful but at times the line up was very long to speak with them so maybe more staff would help. The area around the property is nice and it was so handy having a Tesco close by. There's other shops just a block or 2 away but then it becomes like another world, extremely busy and overcrowded. I was hoping there would be more pubs around but there was only a couple of really small one's and they didn't serve food.
I was pleasantly pleased with the property location and condition. The Elizabeth line with a direct line to London Paddington is directly across the street. Surrounding the property are residential buildings giving a “neighborhood” feel which was great for my family as we stayed there for 2 weeks. Just a short walk is shopping, restaurants, a park, places of worship. The staff at the hotel are very professional. There is a bar in the lobby that offers snacks and pizza. There is an on-site restaurant, laundry, and gym. My only criticism is the lack of housekeeping. The room is serviced after 4 nights, then again after 7. I would prefer and suggest every 4 nights. Seven is too long of a wait for housekeeping services.
Excellent location if you need to get into the metropolis or points west (e.g., Oxford). A well-stocked Tesco next door is also very convenient. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. My only caution is housekeeping, which is hit-or-miss: they did not refresh my room as scheduled and when they did, they left the floor unswept, didn't change all the sheets, a few other things. Speaking to the front desk sorted most of these issues.
