I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new renovated, I saw a group of insects gathering at a corner of the ceiling. Anyway, they rapidly arranged another room for us. Overall, their hygiene is fine in acceptable.

Super schönes Hotel, innen modern eingerichtet und renoviert. Große Zimmer. Sehr zentral zur U-Bahn und zur Bushaltestelle. Ruhige Gegend. Tolle und große Auswahl beim Frühstück, auch vegane Alternativen waren vorhanden. Super nettes und freundliches Personal. Wir haben auch zwei mal abends im Hotel gegessen und waren sehr begeistert von der Qualität und der Zubereitung des Essens. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

The location is a little outskirts of central London, although the tube ride only takes about 20mins to reach SoHo. It was weird that they didn't provide body wash in the bathroom also the shower cubicle was only partially closed with a glass panel, would have been better if it closed completely. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is fine, but the overall experience could be easily improved. I personally expected at least a hair mask or cotton buds to be provided. However it was nice that we could make a tea/coffee everyday if we wanted. The rooms are quite small but that wouldn't come as a surprise as we checked the size of the room when we booked it. The bar was good and the staff is nice

We liked the newly renovated hotel with its comfortable, clean rooms and beautiful bathrooms with showers, as well as its friendly and very dedicated staff, including Lukasz, who provided excellent wine recommendations and knowledge in the evening. West Brompton tube station is a 5-minute walk away (0.2 miles), and it takes about half an hour to get to the centre (e.g. Waterloo Station). Uns gefiel das neu renovierte Hotel mit seinen komfortablen, sauberen Zimmern und schönen Badezimmern mit Duschen sowie seinem freundlichen und sehr engagierten Personal, darunter Lukasz, der uns abends mit ausgezeichneten Weinempfehlungen und seinem Wissen zur Seite stand. Die U-Bahn-Station West Brompton ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt (0,2 Meilen), und bis zum Zentrum (z. B. Waterloo Station) braucht man etwa eine halbe Stunde.
