Location for staycation
The rooms are okay for London standards, on seize are bigger than most bc of kitchen. I arrived mid evening and the person in charge was not very friendly. I was supposed to get a top floor, he said 4th it was, but never disclosed that there’s a 5th floor with residences that don’t belong to hotel, and banging from above until 1 am was super loud. Be aware. Day staff was very nice. Ask for coffe maker bc I had to.

Breakfast experience could definitely be improved
Breakfast selections not vey good, and when busy the single member of staff was trying to refill food, clear tables, cook croissants and generally cope - there should have been another member of staff to help. Breakfast area too small, got vey crowded yet there were only a few families eating at the time. No refill of milk, coffee, tea etc. In room for second day. Went down to get more from breakfast area but all had run out.
