This hotel is just lovely. We were greeted by Hamid who took the time to greet us by name every time he saw us subsequently. Hamid was very enthusiastic to show us the room which was quite high tech. The rooms are a good size, all sound proofed and beautifully furnished. The hotel is right across from Liverpool Station so one can get anywhere from there, including direct service to/from Heathrow. Great find!

Hotel was amazing, excellent customer service, convenient location and facilities were great. I’m a gold Expedia member and received a room upgrade and they gave us a drinks voucher for non alcoholic mocktails to use in the lounge as my daughter is under 18. They also brought drinks and a dessert to the room to celebrate her birthday. Would definitely return.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It is in a great location so many things within walkable distance near buses/train station. Very elegant hotel. Room and bathroom were spacious clean and modern. We also had dinner and afternoon tea at the hotel. It was great to be able to use the pool sauna and steam room at the end of our day. Everything was great. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help. Only negative- wish I could have this hotel for all trips :)
