「Great service from the time we arrived until we left. Quiet with a good comfortable bed. Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us. We would thoroughly recommend this property, especially for multiple nights. 」

「The host NEVER got in contact with me about how to access the property. I even messaged him a day before and didn’t get anything. Check in was at 3pm on arrival day and It was already well past 4pm and I still hadn’t received any information. I messaged the host again and waited a while. At this point I was already at the property. I contacted VRBO support and they even tried contacting the host and never was able to get in touch with them. Therefore, they cancelled our booking and at this point...

「我因入住之前一晚亦都冇任何電郵指示我們是自助check-in，到步後再致電hotel.com內的聯絡電話，這才叫我們往信箱取鎖匙。 入去之後，原本我們是兩間房，一間係雙人床另一間是兩張單人床。入內後發現兩間房也是雙人床，致電該apartment 聯絡人，他們說Hotel.com沒有給指示，亦未能為我們作出任何安排。而Hotel.com也致電他們，他們說會電郵再詢問apartment ，但是沒有任何回覆。我們住了十天，有三天係沒有水供應。」
