“Good location just in LGW”

“We arranged a late arrival and were sent a code to let ourselves in no problem. Very comfy bed a good nights sleep ahead of our flight from Gatwick. The team were very friendly and chatty while we had coffee. Will certainly stay here again when flying from Gatwick.”

“There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. I didn't feel any difference with and……

“Very specious family room for 3 people and the luggages! Room is clean and new. ”

“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”

“Very easy to find. Lots of space for parking. Big Sainsbury’s Local literally opposite the hotel. Bus stop is 2 min walk. Bus to Gatwick is 6 mins (subject to traffic) - it takes longer to navigate the terminals. Customer service / front desk is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble - my case was carried from my car to my room, which was a lovely gesture. Was helped with bus timetables and was asked every day if everything was ok with the room or if I needed anything. Room was big, it……

“We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.”
