"Very convenient location for short to mid stays when travelling out of Gatwick Airport. There is a free shuttle available to move you and your family and your luggage between the North and South terminals. The amenities afford you a good night's rest for long haul flights. There are good eating spots right at the arrivals lounge to grab a bite to eat. There's also a lovely bar upstairs. Hassle free check -in and check-out are a plus. Only challenge we had was getting to the hotel from the departure lounge as our Uber dropped us off at the entrance of the departure lounge at the north terminal and we had to walk all the way around and take the lift in the parking garage. That was exhausting."

"The hotel room was comfortable and clean enough. However the staff wasn't very helpful nor smiley. They didn't give any explanation on the shuttle service to the airport terminals upon arrival (it's an airport hotel, it's the bare minimum!). I had to ask about the shuttle. The clerk just showed me the schedule but didn't say we needed to buy a ticket for the shuttle. Experience at the hotel was okay for a one night stay near the airport no more."

"I had contact with the hotel through Expedia and via email before we arrived advising when we would arrive at the hotel. I had received an acknowledgement, but still got a phone call six hours before our arrival asking if we were happy with our room. I asked if there was a fridge in the room and was told there wasn’t, so we took a cool box. There was a fridge in the room. I didn’t think to ask if there was a hairdryer in the room. There wasn’t. I would have been happy to take my own if I’d known! What hotels don’t have hairdryers? It was perfectly adequate for our needs, and we will use it again, and I’ll pack a hairdryer."
