I absolutely loved the location and public transportation access to and from the Gatwick airport! The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was very clean and comfortable with a coffee/tea bar iron, iron board and a hair dryer. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Breakfast was excellent- glad I opted to adding it to my booking. Great location. Super convenient if you are on a 12 hours layover… the hop on shuttle was easy and very affordable and it gets you to and from the hotel and airport very easy and it’s only 10 minutes away. Overall a great experience.

The hotel was okay for what we needed. However you have to get there by bus or taxi, both of which are relatively expensive. The room was not great but provided what we needed for a short stay before our early flight. The Hoppa shuttle bus is good but takes longer than expected.
