A great check in, where we also received a free upgrade and a drink each at the hotel bar. Lovely staff and a great welcome. We had a great king size bed and the rooms were nice.

Third time at the Zedwell and it is feeling like my London home away from home. Have gotten used to no windows and minimal decor. The one at Piccadilly is located near everything. It also is the best priced.

We asked for extra towels and they cleaned the room when housekeeping brought them, even though they werent supposed to (they clean rooms every other day).
