The staff was amazing! Having to change where you stay in the middle of a trip is extremely stressful. The staff went above and beyond to make the change as smooth as possible. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. Would definitely stay with them again! Thank you so much!

The room was fairly clean, shower was a lil dirty and seemed to backup. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed wasn't too comfy, we both left with our backs hurting. Bed extremely squeeky...just to sit down and get back up. In all fairness, we had a fairly pleasant stay, thank you

Good Budget Stay

The apart hotel is a budget friendly no frills hotel. Checking in was made online and checkout was all done electronically. Breakfast area was clean, basic but had a reasonable selection of continental breakfast items. The studio room we had was a modern comfortable with a kitchenette and toilet/shower room. Other features include a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a fan. Sadly what let our stay down was that there was no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot. Even opening the window and putting the fan on didn’t make any difference. The fan was very noisy so couldn’t use it overnight to keep cool.

Really great place to stay , short or long term.

When I and the misses had stayed here for about a week we had a great time , the room was immaculate, very comfortable with a big space and very friendly staff . It’s within a nice and peacefully quiet area so you can be sure your going to get a great night sleep . Highly recommended this place to stay . Top marks !!!!

Second time charm!

My husband and I stayed here back in Aug 24 and it was a nice experience. So we returned again. They are building up so expect construction noise but other than that the stay is very quiet. I’d recommend this for affordable travel. Sits in a quiet Croydon community within walking distance to local convenience stores restaurants etc.

Easy to check in at anytime. Clean and reasonable. Laundry facilities. Only 5 parking spots on a first come first served basis - street outside hotel is 2 hours only paid for in daytime. Walls quite thin - I could hear every conversation in room next to me.

Convenient and central location with parking. Clean room with small kitchen, seating area and bathroom. Clean and well equipped. Onsite shop if you want to cook etc. Breakfast included is basic but does the job. Dining area is clean and well presented. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!

We couldn’t believe our luck when we arrived. The staff were so helpful. Our luggage was taken to our twin room (No3) that had everything you could possibly want. They provide continental breakfast 7:30am until 9pm and there’s 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers for you to use if needed We would definitely recommend this 5* accommodation

It is a very nice facility. While most apartments have no front desks like this, there is one here. I could ask the guy at the front desk (which combines a shop) how to check-in. Our apartment was clean, warm, and well-kept.

The unique feature was the open kitchen that had breakfast and the grocery store on the ground floor that v=was vary useful. The room was fine and clean. In sprng time the temperature in the room was warm. This may be a problem in summer.

The room was clean even though a little warm. But a powerful fan was provided in the room. After a five hour drive I was a little disappointed that there was no off street parking available. Street parking was available but restrictions meant that you could only park there between 5pm and 9am.

Mountain out of a mole hill

My partner and I had a great time add this location nothing was too much trouble for the staff in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Reading the previous reviews to ourselves it seems that people were making a mountain out of a mole At least an eye unit things like the shower was a little smaller than would have been preferred but I'm a big guy and didn't find it that hard to navigate, the apartment could have smelt fresher but didn't smell of mould just needed more airing out a little difficult to do considering how cold the apartment was, we arrived late at night but in the morning at breakfast Tev immediately came round and got the heating and hot water working beautifully . Free parking was definitely a bonus the entrance to the car park was a little narrow but after my second night of a four-night stay it was no problem to navigate through just required that I paid attention a little bit more. Breakfast was a continental breakfast meaning that nothing was cooked apart from toast but a good choice of serial and bread but to counter and step they had a tuck shop within the property which easily allows you to upgrade your breakfast and cook something a little more to your liking as the apartment was fully cut it out kitchen wise
