「I highly recommend staying here over a standard hotel room. The owners do not speak English (which is perfectly fine, but I know some people are shocked when Japanese locals only speak Japanese lol). What I loved most is how convenient the location is. There is a vending machine on one end of the street, and a bus stop on the other. Additionally, the property itself is very pretty and well-maintained. 「Staff are helpful and polite. The room is spacious and there are complimentary drinks and personal care items. Opposite the hotel are a 24-hr supermarket and a Seria store, the Okazaki Jingu is next to the hotel and the Heian Jingu is within 10-min walk. 」

「Nestled along the tranquil banks of the Kamo River, this riverside hotel in Kyoto offers a serene escape from the bustling city. The hotel features morden Japanese architecture, blending elegance with comfort. We have enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, basking in the gentle morning sunlight while listening to the soothing sounds of nature. With easy access to...

「This is our second time staying at this place and we just love how it’s in the center of Gion district surrounded with the best food spots. We also love how close it is to shopping, nishiki market, karaoke, all the fun stuff!! The space itself is huge and the onsen is just the cherry on top after a LOOONG day of walking/exploring. It’s < 20 mins away from Kyoto station as well.」
