"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling so long, waiting 10mins (litterally) for the shower to heat! Very inconvenient."

"Modern and clean. Comfortable beds. It backs on to the railway so you get some noise and vibration transmitted. Only one a/c unit downstairs so was a bit hard to cool down the bedrooms upstairs. "

"Hard time checking in, the keypad was all scratched up and code not working. Good size rooms and spacious for family - shower pressure in the ensuite needs looking at. Neighbours are up late and loud "

"Very clean, smart door lock that had me stumped for a while, vertical blind ie 1 blade broken , couldnt get waste master to work really well set up home thanks "
