Das Haus hat eine schöne Größe. Der Innenraum ist schlicht, aber angemessen. Der Holzofen ist schön, aber auch sehr notwendig. Das Haus verliert schnell Wärme und es ist morgens kalt. Das Inventar ist gut, es gibt jedoch wenig Geschirr und könnte ergänzt werden. Aufgrund der Geräumigkeit und der offenen Bauweise eignet sich das Haus sehr gut für eine kleine Gruppe oder Familie mit Kindern.

Prachtig prive verblijf in mooie rustige omgeving

Heerlijk was het. Erg fijn groot huis op een klein kwartier van La Roche. We waren met z'n drieën. Geen cv-verwarming, behalve de houtkachel; wij vinden dat prachtig. Fantastisch grote tuin, koeien rondom. Voor een groot en close gezin een erg fijn verblijf. Voor meerdere gezinnen waarbij meer privacy gewenst is wat minder denk ik vanwege het feit dat er maar één aparte slaapkamer (tweepersoonsbed) en een doucheruimte is. De rest van zes slaapplaatsen (twee tweepersoons, twee eenpersoons) bevinden zich op de vide. Een grote garage waar je niet benodigde spullen kunt neerzetten. BBQ'tje aanwezig; wat wil je nog meer..?

Juni 2023. Wir haben 1 Woche im Ferienhaus „La Buse“ verbracht. Das Haus liegt wunderschön und in der Nähe schöner Städte und Naturschutzgebiete. Der Garten erhält ein großes Lob für die Architektur, die Vielfalt der Flora und die Pflege. Wir und unser Hund haben den Garten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut und sauber. Der Holzofen ist wunderbar. Es ist an alles gedacht, für Jung und Alt. Auch bei Regen können Sie sich bei den vielen Spielen vergnügen. Leider war das Haus sehr dreckig, vermutlich wurde es schon längere Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank war schimmelig und voller Essensreste und Ungeziefer. Ebenso die Küchenschränke. Auch das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren sehr schmutzig. Schwarze Schimmelränder in der Dusche. Die Wände und Ecken waren voller Schimmel und Spinnweben und toten Insekten. Wir konnten den Manager nicht erreichen. Das Telefon wurde nicht beantwortet und auch unsere Voicemail-Nachricht wurde nicht beantwortet. Mitleid!!! Wäre das in Ordnung gewesen, hätten wir dieses Haus fantastisch gefunden.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, wir kamen wirklich zur Ruhe. Denken Sie daran, dass es keine Zentralheizung gibt, aber der Holzofen sorgt für gute Wärme und Atmosphäre im Haus. Schöner Garten!!! Schön die Kühe um Sie herum vom Bauernhof nebenan. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mieten Sie dieses Haus niemals im Winter. Keine Zentralheizung, ständig nasser Boden und Wasserpfützen im Wohnzimmer, kam einfach aus dem Boden! Selbst mit dem Holzofen Tag und Nacht, überall wach und feucht und Schimmel in den Ecken :(
