My only complaint is the only way to communicate with the staff when booking is through texting. It would certainly be nice to actually call and talk to someone when booking or to ask questions about the room. I feel any business should give the option to actually speak to someone on the phone.

Beautiful location, friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend. Despite my stay being during the off season, they made sure I was taken care of with dinner and breakfast on my overnight stay. Great location to rest after travel and exploring the nearby Cape Spear/Mistaken ...
