The Cocoonr agency offers you for rental, in the heart of the historic center of Rennes, the Suite de Pauline, a 48 m² apartment which has the charm of the old. Quietly located in a 17th century residence classified as a historic monument, the apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 4 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An office entrance
- A bright living room with a view of the Psalette courtyard. The living room includes: a sofa bed, a TV, a dining area.
- An equipped kitchen: combined oven, hob, sink, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine...
- A bedroom equipped with its queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC.

The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Public transport: The République metro stop 500 m away
- Nearest station: Rennes station, 2.5 km by car / 1.5 km on foot
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport 8.8 km by car

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht. Die Lage ist super. Das Appartment einzigartig. Man muss angesichts des Alters des Hauses ein paar Abstriche machen. Der Renovierungszustand ist nicht ganz so schön, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht.

A real French apartment

Perfect size and location.The garden courtyard that greeted us coming off the pedestrian path was a wonderful welcoming!Ferhat who greeted us was superb and thoroughly explained the apartment and the area.

French charm and wonderful location

Charming historical unit in wonderful location in medieval center of Rennes. Unit needs better upkeep management (outlet covers falling off, broken marble in bathroom sink that someone tried unsuccessfully to "fix" with tape), very weak and unstable floorboards in spots, and shower borderline unusable because shower door doesn't clear the faucet controls or easily close if someone is in the shower/very tight. Leaf/pigeon feather residue on living room carpet near window. Interior garden area (although charming) was very unkempt when we arrived, but someone arrived the next morning and spent a lot of time cleaning it up/trimming plants. Interior (except for above pigeon feathers/leaf debris) was spotlessly clean. With some better maintenance, this would be absolutely perfect.

Lovely

What a lovely place to stay. Really hit the jackpot with this apartment. Really quiet and a lovely view. Great location as well, only 8 mins from St Anne, 7 from car parking at Les Lices, and seemed no more than 20 mins walk from any of the main attractions in Rennes. Only a couple of downsides, which was unable to open Juliette balcony doors in lounge due to pigeons and probably our fault we brought big suitcases that we had to carry up a couple of flights of stairs. On balance though this was the most excellent apartment we've stayed in and will be booking it again as I've family who live just outside of Rennes. Also would recommend L'Ambassade restaurant for good balance of price Vs quality. Will be leaving their review shortly! Absolutely 5 stars.

Wow, staying IN a historic neighborhood and building while visiting a historic city is special and this apartment adds to the experience. Adequate accommodations and access to many restaurants and other resources in the old center of Rennes. Enjoyed the stay in this apartment.

Amazing Apartment in Rennes

I found this apartment to be the most fantastic place to stay in Rennes. The building was built in the 15th century and the surrounding area was filled with old world charm. The apartment itself was very clean and made you feel like you were truly in a special place as it had so much character from another life. It would be great for a family and especially truly romantic for couples for a lovely getaway . The location was absolutely perfect as the surrounding area has wonderful eateries, bars and sites to visit. We LOVED this place! Lastly, the staff had excellent communication skills. Every question I asked, of which during the month before my arrival from the United States, there were many, they replied within 24 hours, some even immediately. There is nothing but great things to say about my experience with this host.
