In our accommodation, we use a Roomonitor device that alerts us if the noise level exceeds the allowed limit or if cigarette smoke is detected, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests and the neighbors. Please note that parties and smoking inside the property are prohibited.
This charming house features, on the ground floor, a spacious living/dining area where you can relax and enjoy convivial moments. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals in the best conditions. You will also find a separate toilet and a door leading to the laundry room for added convenience.
Upstairs, there is a master suite with a double bed, along with two other bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Another bathroom and separate toilets complete the floor for additional comfort.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide coffee, bath towels, bed linen, as well as shower gel and shampoo. This house is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful and convenient setting.

Come discover this charming residential neighborhood, peaceful and ideally located just steps away from all amenities: bakery, Carrefour, bar-tobacco shop, and with easy access to the metro for a quick connection to the city.
The walk takes about 20-25 minutes for a distance of approximately 1.5 to 2 km.
If you prefer public transport, you can take the metro heading towards Poterie and get off at Clemenceau, then walk for 10 minutes towards the house.
You can also take a bus (for example, line 12 or 1) from the Gare de Rennes towards Poterie. The nearest station to Rue Jouon des Longrais is the "Jouon des Longrais" station.
The metro will be very useful for getting around the center of Rennes. Take the line towards Kennedy and get off at Place de la République to admire the architecture, explore Old Rennes, and enjoy all the shops.
