We offer a fully equipped, independent studio in a townhouse for one night or more.

 It’s a pleasant studio, particularly thanks to its location just 5 minutes from the Rennes train station and less than a 15-minute walk from Place des Lices, known for its historic Saturday market and numerous bars. In addition, the Théâtre National de Bretagne is a 15-minute walk away, and Rennes Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
Please note that the studio is located in a very quiet neighborhood and offers a parking space in front of the house.
Check-in is available until 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
- The accommodation
 The studio is located right next to the bus and train stations: ideal for travelers in transit. The studio has everything you need: It includes a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room with a workspace, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, a kitchenette, a microwave, a kettle, an espresso machine, a closet with hangers, a countertop fridge, and a shower and toilet. There is also a bike storage area. The studio is clean and very well maintained; it’s cozy and comfortable. The Wi-Fi password is provided in the apartment, and a Carrefour Market is a 3-minute walk away.


We also provide guidebooks on Rennes and the surrounding area, books for all ages, and board games.

 Public transportation is right nearby (bus and metro to Rennes Station or Jacques Cartier Station). A laundromat is available 5 minutes from the house.

 This apartment is also suitable for a couple with a baby (travel crib)
