“This house was so well equipped! There was not a single amenity overlooked! Plush towels, plenty of blankets and pillows, coffee supplies, spices and seasonings, paper products, games, books, you name it! The decor was so much fun. It slept 4 comfortably and could have accomodated 2 more on the couches. Great location not far from UNR.”

“Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, in a quiet location. Very close to the River walk. Parking was onsite right outside the front door. We only stayed one night, but it is set up for longer stays with a very adequate kitchen and laundry. If ever needing to stay in Reno, we would definitely seek out again. ”

“We had a great time staying at this property during our trip to Reno. The house was cozy and comfortable, with just the right amount of space for a short stay. It does get a little bright in the mornings, so bring an eye mask if you’re light sensitive, but otherwise the place was quiet and peaceful.The location was excellent, within walking distance to several great spots for food, drinks, and coffee. “This little house was a terrific value and served our purposes well. It's an older place with some rough edges/limited niceties, but the beds were comfortable and the location was just what we wanted.That location wouldn't be for everyone: We wanted to be steps from the cafes and bars of Midtown, knowing that a certain level of grittiness (like a dodgy motel on the corner) would come with that. Pangolin (cafe) and The Emerson (bar) were favorites, and being a ten-minute drive from the UNR campus……
