- The maximum number of cars allowed is 5. You can park your car(s) at the two car garage, outside of the garage or on the driveway. Street parking is forbidden.

- Pets are allowed. The size of each pet must be under 25 lbs; and there is $100/pet/stay. There is no fence on the property.
