"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it.
Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Swimming in your backyard, golfcourse in the complex. Restaurants in the village 1km walking. Nice area to go walking thru the vineyards. "

"Die buchung wurde mit Haus 34,0,whg 3. Leider gibt es hier keine 1.etage. Die Rezeption des Golfplätzen hat uns suchen helfen, die sagten, dass es bei belvilla oft Probleme gibt. Eigentlich wollten wir schon wieder abreisen. Letztlich war die richtige wohnung im Haus 43,0 Nr 3 am Nachmittag noch von einer Familie mit 2 Kids belegt und nicht gereinigt, auch die Fenster waren total verschmutzt. Wir lassen uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen. Ich erwarte eine angemessene Rückerstattung."
