The perfect stopover on our way to the Gold Coast. We were towing a camper trailer and easily parked underneath our villa. The grounds were peaceful and serene with holidayers catching fish. I highly recommend this place.

The park was pet friendly but not all rooms are so make sure you specify you have a pet so you get allocated the right accommodation. Beautiful location on the river. Would definitely stay again. Best views and reality safe for kids

Amazing location and facilities to spend quality time with the family. Right on the river and the hire out fire pits to have little camp fires.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bellingen Tourist Park is absolutely beautiful! The cabin was spotless and so comfortable, with perfect views across the countryside. I felt completely safe here as a solo female traveler, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful, the atmosphere welcoming, and it’s a wonderful base to explore the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and secure getaway.

Tiny home

Tiny home accomodation was awesome but location was disappointing as they were next to a busy road if they was relocated to river park it would be for future clients I don’t think we will be revisiting this location

The tiny house was excellent - modern and clean. The location was good - right on the river and not too far from the highway (but far enough to not get road noise). My only gripe was that I had a poor sleep due to the bed not being very comfortable and because I had a long drive ahead of me the next day, this was problematic. Better mattresses would make the accommodation more appealing. Overall, it was a good place to stop for a night with my dog, but I'd need a more comfortable bed before I'd be keen to stay again.

Nice location, although road noise could be bothersome if you hoped for a quiet getaway. The tiny home was well equipped with kitchen amenities and the bedding and towels appeared clean. Unfortunately, we found that all cups, plates and cutlery needed to be washed before use as they were dirty. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with a terrible smell similar to wet dog or stagnant water. When we were getting ready for bed we pulled back the bedding and found lots of dust and hair on the left-hand side of the mattress. There were also numerous mouldy spots in the bathroom, the vanity appeared to be held together with white sticky tape and the shower head had seen better days. I’m also unsure what to make of the non-slip mat in the shower cubicle - not the most sanitary choice in my opinion. We were also very concerned about a serious safety issue with the shower. We stayed with our 5-month-old baby and while one of us was showering her, the other flushed the toilet. This caused the shower water to suddenly become extremely hot. Fortunately, the stream of water was directed at the adult at the time, but the outcome could have been very different had the hot water gone directly onto our baby. Overall, there were simply too many cleanliness, maintenance and safety concerns for us to feel comfortable staying here again. Needless to say, we would not return or recommend this place to others.
