Eine sehr große Wohnung, die Zimmer sind alle komfortabel ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das auch noch eine Sauna / Infrarotkabine im Haus zur Verfügung steht, macht wirklich Urlaubsstimmung. Sehr ruhige Lage und tolle Infrastruktur (Bäcker und Restaurants um die Ecke), Sonthofen schnell zu erreichen. Vielen Wanderrouten in nächster Nähe.

Nicht ganz so problemlos verlaufen

Die Buchung an sich hat gut geklappt. Wir hatten für 1185 € gebucht und das stand auch auf der ersten Buchungsbestätigung. Die Rechnung, die wir bezahlen mussten, war jedoch 10 € teurer. Als ich Marco Wähner per E-Mail danach fragte, erhielt ich von ihm folgende Antwort: „Sie müssten bitte beim dem Portal (Home Away) nachfragen über das Sie gebucht haben“. Ich fand das keinen guten Service, warum musste ich das tun und nicht das Büro, bei dem ich gebucht hatte? Also habe ich bei Home Away nachgefragt, aber ich habe nie eine Antwort auf diese Frage bekommen. Also erwarte ich immer noch diese 10 € zurück, ich habe einfach zu viel bezahlt. Die Kommunikation war auch nicht so toll. Da ich einige Fragen hatte, rief ich die FeWo24/7-Nummer in Sonthofen an, die jedoch nicht abnahm, weil ich „außerhalb der Bürozeiten“ anrief. Als ich in der folgenden Woche dieselbe Nummer anrief, war jedes Mal besetzt und ich konnte nicht durchkommen. Am Tag vor unserer Abreise, Samstag, den 10. September, versuchte ich es erneut mit dem gleichen Ergebnis. Da wurde ich richtig mürrisch. Denn wenn am Reisetag, Sonntag, 11. September, etwas passieren würde, wäre das Reisebüro für mich nicht erreichbar und das war keine angenehme Aussicht. Aber zum Glück ist alles gut gegangen und als ich den Schlüssel in Sonthofen abgeholt habe, bekam ich plötzlich eine andere Telefonnummer, die ich hätte anrufen sollen, wenn etwas nicht stimmte. Nun, ich hätte diese Nummer per E-Mail erhalten, aber ich habe diese E-Mail nie gesehen. Alles andere lief gut, keine Probleme mehr. Auf dem Rückweg wurde ich angerufen, weil die Gästekarten nicht auffindbar waren, aber das wurde gelöst. Also überweisen Sie bitte diese 10€ zurück auf meine Kontonummer und dann ist alles komplett.
