The unit we had was really great. Good location in Revy, it was clean and well appointed for cooking. The Rocky Mountain Soap Co. amenities in the bathroom were awesome. The only issue we had was the out of operation hot tubs that we didn't know about till we got there. Both tubs down for the whole weekend, not awesome.

Great property and worked perfectly for several families all in Revelstoke for a wedding. Great living space and beds were very comfy. The only issue is lack of space for luggage/clothing. The bedrooms only have bedside tables and a few movable luggage racks but no drawers or shelves for clothing.

The location was top notch, as we were attending LunaFest (definitely plan to go! It was excellent!) and loved the proximity to all of the events and downtown. There were a lot of stairs so if accessibility is a concern, this may not be the best location for you, but we didn’t mind the kitchen being on the second floor. We had 4 issues with key codes not working in our two day stay, but the Basecamp staff at Northwinds were very helpful with resetting our codes and providing alternative codes so we could check in, get settled, and access our rooms and the rooftop hot tubs. We would stay here again!

No staff on site. Everything is done by emails, messages. But response is pretty quick. Just plan ahead if you go through the mountains where there might be no service.
