Welcome to the RMAC Property, a brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Mackenzie Village, just minutes from the base of Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Professionally designed with a stunning, editorial vibe, the space features two queen bedrooms plus an additional queen sofa bed, making it a stylish Revelstoke basecamp for families, friends, or small groups!

At Mackenzie Village condo complex, you’ll find a great mix of shops, services, and local experiences to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Grab a morning coffee or bite at Little Spoon Café, browse local art at Alpine Echo Art Gallery, or stay active with Pilates, yoga, or spin classes at Karve Fitness and Flow Studio. Summit Market makes it easy to pick up groceries and essentials, while The Den sports bar and restaurant is a convenient spot to unwind after a day outdoors. Families will also appreciate the nearby Ray of Sunshine Childcare. With everyday conveniences and local favorites all in one place, Mackenzie Village offers a welcoming, walkable base for your Revelstoke stay.

A code will be provided and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.

The RMAC Property is a thoughtfully interior-designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the 2000 McCrae Building in Mackenzie Village, just minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The space blends warm wood tones, monochromatic décor, and clean lines to create a calm, refined mountain retreat.
The open-concept living area invites you to unwind after a day outdoors, featuring a large smart TV and a curated, minimalist aesthetic. The fully stocked kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, equipped with premium appliances. Coffee beans, tea, sugar, cooking essentials, and quality hair and body care products are all provided for a seamless stay.

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS - from the highway, turn onto Townley Street - at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East) - turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) - Just after the school zone, you will see new condo buildings to your left. When you reach the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex - You will be in the Building labelled McCrae 2000 on the right hand side of the road

HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS - from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road - at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road) - at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East) - turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) - just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the third exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex - You will be in the Building labelled McCrae 2000 on the right hand side of the road

Parking & Property Notes:
The property includes 1 reserved underground parking stalls (8'4" clearance). Please note that RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks are not permitted in the garage per Strata. Street parking on Coursier Ave is available for a first come first serve basis. Note the ground-level parking lot is reserved for plaza customers, and the strata may tow vehicles left there overnight. A shovel is provided on the deck for snow removal if needed, though the patio is fully covered for your convenience. Some development work is ongoing at MacKenzie Plaza, so we recommend reviewing this before booking.
