Top Rhine - Neckar Hotel Reviews
Premier Inn Heidelberg City Bahnstadt
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect Premier Inn. It’s relatively new hence it’s immaculate. The staff are really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from the Bahnhof. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it’s about 30 minute walk into the centre of Heidelberg but there is good links with public transport."
NH Collection Heidelberg
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were really friendly. Our room was very spacious. I was there for business and working in the common entrance room was very delightful. It was probably one of my favourite hotels."
PLAZA Premium Heidelberg
10/10 Excellent
"Loved our stay here! Very clean property and helpful staff. And great location - walking distance from the beautiful main bustling streets of Heidelberg!"
Hilton Heidelberg
8/10 Good
"We didn't like the first room we were given but the manager immediately gave us a different room which was much better. She was very friendly and clearly was doing her best to satisfy us. We very much appreciated her efforts."

"Nice room, nice breakfast"
Parkhotel Mannheim
8/10 Good
"A once fabulous hotel started to age. While things are okay, many items could be repaired or updated. Lightbulbs vibrate and hum loudly in the room. One of them was so loud that I could not dare to keep on. Else the carpets in the elevator need replacement. The bath tub ranks in the most slippery category and felt dangerous, the shower curtain refuses to move, and the tub does not drain well. Calls to reception are not being answered and staff is absent during checkout causing 15min delays."
