“Stayed for a snowmobile trip. Perfect spot right on the lake to get to the trails. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. Very nice. Some spots around the house needed a little TLC. Couldn't figure out how to turn the flood lights on outside in the back. Wasn't expecting the driveway to be so steep. Overall, very good stay ”

“The hot water for the shower didn’t get hot and didn’t have enough hot water for two of us to complete a shower this morning. The electrical outlets and the lamps by the bed did not work, which prevented us from reading in bed, which was not great. The bathroom hairdryer didn’t work and kept resetting, but couldn’t power on. The property was nice, but some of these issues were real deterrent from us coming back”

“We all really enjoyed Natalia’s cabin. It was very clean upon arrival. Instructions were made clear for check in and check out. Natalia has great communication and answered all questions in a timely manner. The views were absolutely stunning. The house is set on the lake and it is so beautiful. It’s close to town. 10 minute drive to the downtown shops. 15 to Walmart. The only complaint we had was our Internet service was very slow. (Most of us have US Cellular, so it could have been that but……

“We spent a very comfortable week at this home. We enjoyed being on a quiet part of the lake, but with easy access to Minocqua by boat or bike. Proximity to the Bearskin Trail was a huge plus for our active family. ”

“We were in town for a family get together and this worked perfectly for our family of four. We only stayed one night but we all agreed we'd stay here again. The only disappointment was the Wi-fi, it wasn't strong enough to support texting and we didn't have cell service. ”

“We were in Villa 3 just for an overnight stay to warm up while working on property upnorth. There were 7 of us and we were comfortable. The fireplace was wonderful, the beds were amazing. Seamless check-in, very clean. Didn’t check out the restaurant but great to have right there. ”

“The toilet paper holder was still off the wall from the last time I stayed there in August. Neither times were the toilet paper and paper towel well stocked, I had to run out and get more of one or the other. I think it would be a great idea to get some pot holders or an oven mitt for hot stuff; I couldn’t find one. I also think it’d be a good idea to get a recycling bin/garbage can if you want them separated and let your guests know that prior to check out. ”
