"Loved the cottage. The open living area was great for a group of friends/family to enjoy time together. The garden area was also really good. Very nice quality garden furniture in a private peaceful setting. The area is great for exploring the island. The local pub was very friendly and reasonable prices for drinks too. There were a few cobwebs but it’s an old property and it was spider season! Would recommend."

"Booked only four weeks in advance at a very busy time of year. Good value at the peak of Summer time mid August. Two adults a 3 year old and a six year old plenty of room in the property. Would definitely return in the future. Only complaint was we were promised internet / WiFi but not available it didn't detract from the stay."

The Bay View & the Stag were great pubs and the chippy directly opposite was a god-send on arrival. The facilities at the property were more than sufficient, more than enough of everything. "The hosts were really good at communicating the check-in details. Room was clean and cosy. I appreciated having some nicer tea (Cornish Tea- similar strength to Yorkshire Tea) in the refreshment tray. The lack of on-site catering isn't a problem as there are plenty of options in Holyhead within a 15 min walk. I was also able to walk the Coast Path easily from the accommodation."
