The room was clean, the pool area was lovely. But of advice, if you are fussy with pillows, take your own! Theirs were as flat as pancakes! We booked a canal view but didnt get one. The location is remote, which means it is very quiet and you can see beautiful starry skies. The cottage is cosy and fully furnished. Be aware that it is a split-level design (if you have knee problems like we do). The owners are very welcoming.

Staying on a platform with occasional steam trains passing by. Wonderful experience. Cottage is well equipped and close to Llangollen and Corwen for shops. Having the beds made as double requires some gymnastics as headroom is limited in the converted loft. Overall a lovely place to stay and well ...
