Hotel bem Localizado, café da manhã perfeito. Gostei de quase tudo, porém deixou a desejar nas toalhas de banho que colocaram em nosso quarto de piscina mto velha mal deu para enxugar, faltou 1 toalha e ao descer o funcionário me disse que estavam sem toalhas de banho e me deram de piscina. Os lençóis mto velhos, mal cabiam nos colchões, só de deitar já saía e ficava aparente o colchão deixado nojento. E uma dó pq o hotel é tão bacana para crianças, mas deixou a desejar nesses dois itens.

Confusão na hora do cadastro pessoalmente e também fui informada que já estava pago, sendo que a reserva era para pagamento na acomodação. Quartos gelados, estava muito frio, ar condicionado quente não estava funcionando, televisão não desligava, uma gritaria por todo o hotel.

Muito barulho, quarto fica de fundo pra BR. Cama ruim, estacionamento pago mas com vagas descobertas embaixo de árvores (carro fica cheio de cocô de passarinho). Café da manhã satisfatório, mas não recomendo o restaurante para almoçar. Tem lazer para crianças.

O hotel é maravilhoso, café da manhã farto, decoraçao bem lindinha, funcionários prestativos!! Pontos de melhoria: a parede dentro do box estava com cabelos.. o travesseiro é duro, horrivel.. no ato da reserva não é falado que o estacionamento É PAGO! e minha reserva era quarto com 2 camas de casal e me colocaram com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro.

O hotel tem quartos mais antigos, os travesseiros super baixos desconfortáveis, na nossa estadia enfrentamos uma fila grande tanto para o check in quanto, quanto no check out que estava ainda maior o café da manhã foi normal, queria menos ter provado a famosa tapioca que vimos nos comentários porém impossível por conta da fila também, mais quanto a limpeza hotel super limpo com uma estrutura bem grande de piscina só não usamos pois não tivemos tempo, os funcionários extremamente educados, no geral foi uma boa estadia.
