Most of the breakfast food gone by 9:30 large group of people the breakfast room very messy and dirty. Husband diabetic looked forward to getting him some food in AM, very disappointed. Tha room was nice clean. Michelle at front desk just wonderful, kind and welcoming. Thank you Michelle

Shell Lake Lodge

We were pleasantly surprised! The ambiance had a very homey Lodge feel. While we did not have time to enjoy them, the pools are amazing!

We (my wife, brother and his wife) didn’t feel the property was worth the price we paid. We realize this is the “high” season for travel, but… Our rooms were on the second floor with no elevator. We had very, very tiny soap bars and shampoo samples. Only two towels. The breakfast was underwhelming with no fresh fruit and an insufficient number of fruit cups for all guests. The pool was nice, the whirlpool had powerful jets and a nice hot temperature. The lobby was nicely decorated and the side lounge by area was perfect for small groups to gather for conversations. The exterior appearance was great which was misleading as our experience inside was lacking.
