But last night there were drunks fighting in the hall and slamming doors on the 4th floor after midnight. Called the desk and there is no security for the hotel - one woman on duty, alone. She said I could call the police. A place with $300 rooms should provide security, and I will not stay there again.」

「I’ll start by saying that Dora at the front desk was wonderful! Very helpful and very friendly. There were serious plumbing problems that were going on Saturday morning but even though Dora was working alone that morning she took great care of us and got us moved to a new room. 「The room looked nice and the bed was comfortable. However, it lacked privacy, cleanliness, and “quality.” We only got one towel. The wash cloth and floor mat had stains on them. The hard wood floor was dirty and sticky, like only a vacuum was run over the main walking area when you enter. I booked a non-smoking room, which the front desk employee made sure to emphasis what “non-smoking” meant in an almost insulting way for no apparent reason, and our bathroom smelled like someone smoked in...
