「Not all international travellers have the ability to call or access their email when they don't have WiFi, so our first issue was not being able to check in as it only had a phone number to ring. When we managed to call, staff member was rude and just told us that the room door was unlocked and then hung up on us. No one else was at the motel and yet we were given the room that was right on the road so we had to contend with road noise. Room desperately needs a face lift, paint is peeling off...
