The outside was well landscaped. The lobby and seating area was very nice. The curved staiway is elegant, When we arrived in late afternoon, the desk clerk did not greet us when we walked in, like we put her out for arriving. She did tell us the TV service from DISH would only work above channel 50 (which was mostly movie channels). The room was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was missing regular coffee packets and coffee cups. No coffee is offered in the lobby. The breakfast was good. Had fresh make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, a combo egg, sauage and cheese item. Bread and bagels, Coffee and juice,

Pool was green and obviously hadn't been used in quite some time. Staff barely spoke English. There was a cockroach in our bathroom. Door to our room would stick and not close all the way. Cable didnt work the entire time we were there, even though they said someone fixed it.

We didn’t like anything from lobby to rooms. There molds, broken smoke detectors, loose outlets stained sofas, empty vending machines at the lobby, dusty reception counter, none of staff had name badges, poor customer service.

AC was dripping onto carpet, room smelled slightly moldy, my clothes put out for next day felt damp, standing light was in poor shape, rust in bathroom vents, bathroom sink randomly sprayed water out to the side, no coffee at checkin and no foods, drinks, etc for purchase. Also I felt like I was an interloper checking in; staff acted as if my booking was fake. In a good note: bed was comfortable
