The hotel was decently maintained. There was some dust on my headboard and a wet spot near the refrigerator but other than that the room was comfortable. The rooftop bar was a blast, food decent enough after a long day of driving. All of the staff was super friendly, elevators were fast, valet was fast and organized. I'd stay again for a quick trip.

First off, the people are welcoming and accommodating no matter the hour of the day. The bed and bedding was perfection! Daily room refresh, restaurant and rooftop bar, multiple elevators, cold water in the lobby, room service available, etc. made it very comfortable. The decor is super cute and fun!

The stay was fine for just one night. The bathroom needed some TLC for sure, and if I was staying for longer I would've asked for a different room. I stay in a lot of hotels, and a lot of Graduates across the country for my line of work, and this was the first one where I could tell it was aging. The staff was very friendly and helpful! But I wouldn't go into this stay with high standards.

My Favourite Place to stay when in Virginia for NASCAR at Richmond Raceway. Close to the Track: 12 minutes drive to the Track. Longer on Race days of course. Rooftop Terrace with breathtaking views and sunsets and the Amazing Lights of Historic Buildings. Rooftop Pool 😳 Unbelievable.
