"Very convenient for arrival from the airport using the hotel's free shuttle (you can call the hotel for free using a phone at the airport courtesy shuttle stop). But the hotel is under the flight path at times - although this didn't disturb our sleep. Room was quite spacious and had a large comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Coffee pod machine, kettle and large fridge. Ice machine down the corridor. Housekeeping upon request - we didn't. Shampoo and soap provided. Our room on the second floor faced the busy road and it was too noisy to leave the window open. The room got warm so we used the Aircon, which was too noisy to leave on overnight. The WiFi in our particular room was very slow: some webpages just wouldn't launch. Breakfast offered cereal, various breads, pancakes and waffles, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, bananas, apples, croissants and pastries. Tea, coffee and fruit juice. The Bridgeport Sky Train station to reach downtown is about a 15 minute walk away and the Richmond Night Market about the same. There is a 7/11 just along the road for milk and other basics. Ample parking. Staff friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants offer Chinese/Asian dishes and there are no other restaurants particularly close by. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but is a little tired. It's really convenient for the airport and as a base to get to downtown - Richmond itself is definitely not a tourist destination."

"Rooms are a bit dated, but super convenient place to stay when in town for a concert. Skytrain is right there, so you don't have to worry about parking. Their food court is open until 3 am, which solves the problem of trying to find somewhere to grab a late-night bite after a concert downtown. Will definitely be back."
