"I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Not only was it in an excellent location within walking distance to many city sites, restaurants and bars, the staff was exceptional as was the hotel restaurant/bar. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending our stay another night."

"The property was not well maintained, and the staff we dealt with were very unhelpful and not friendly. Several of the items promised did not exist and were not available, for example, a breakfast buffet was promised and paid for, but not available. We had plumbing issues with the toilet lever not working and the sink draining and after two trips up by maintenance it was never fixed nor did they even come back to explain why. We had to remove the toilet tank lid each time we had to flush by reaching in and pulling up the stopper. We stayed there four nights five days, and never once did they clean our room, bring us towels or replenish the soap, etc. We even had to empty our own trash regularly since no one came for that as well. When we left, we were not given any kind of itemized receipt or invoice and were told that only would come through a third-party. Which we never received. I would highly recommend not going to this hotel."

"Such a fun and unique style to this amazing hotel. Every detail was social media gold. More importantly the suite was huge, very clean. The balcony was the only reason we stayed here because they are incredibly difficult to find, but were blown away by the decor. It is also extremely quiet with incredible views of the college area buildings and homes. In addition, parking is connected to the hotel. There is a great little bar downstairs with a friendly, talented bartender. We like that there are healthy snack choices available. The only real let down, was that Poindexter never seemed to be open. I guess we just missed them. Overall you will not regret staying here."

"This was not a good experience. We decided to stay at a “nice” hotel rather than the Hyatt Place or Hampton Inn, like we usually do. There was nothing special about this hotel. It was centrally located and clean. But…..the hotel parking was $45, there was no fridge in the room, nothing to set the place apart from the competition. Here’s the kicker though: there was the loudest screaming I’ve ever heard in a hotel in my life from 11pm to 1am. Several people on our floor called the front desk and they sent “security” up to try to quiet it down to no avail. Our sleep and stay was terrible…..but there was no offer to refund part of our rate or make it right in some way. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was a really bad experience. I wish I had my money back. "
