“When I booked my reservation it said that breakfast was included for 2 per day but when we went to the breakfast restaurant, they said we had to pay $23 dollars. I mentioned it to the lady at check out and she said that she would tell the manager and have them be in touch with me about it but never heard from anyone. I even showed her and she agreed that it said it was included”

“It would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. We were put on the 4th floor. The ice machine wasn't working, the fridge in our room wasn't working and when I asked the desk about them, the only answer I received was "we are under constructin". It was a waste of $200 for one night. Very disappointed.”

“Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation.”

“It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! They also offer Starbucks with ……

“The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is mainly because there were audio issues with the TV on all stations. They said it was a system problem and most likely not going to be fixed before I leave. I stayed 3 nights and it was rough trying to watch tv. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was pretty boring. Cereal, juice, milk, toaster waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Was the same each day except every other day it was turkey sausage or……

“The room was muggy and smelt musty. There was clearly water damage that had not been properly fixed. Wallpaper was rippled and pulling way from the walls, stains on the ceiling and walls. Massive cob webs. Sheets were dinghy and not crisp white. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 15 years. They have not updated anything. Our room had only one usb port that didn’t work. The shower did have great pressure. We will not bee staying here again.”

“Since this hotel seems to be designed for potential long-term staying there wasn’t really a real comfortable place to sit. The couch is fine but it needs a nice comfortable chair like a recliner that You can lean back and have your feet up.”

“Breakfast was a joke - only coffee and hot water, no juice or fruit. Oatmeal and prepackaged sweets do not make a breakfast. Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc.”

“My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.”
