"Lori at the front desk was wonderful and made us feel like we were frequent guests even though it was our first stay at this location. We stayed 4 nights over our wedding anniversary. All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated staying far enough from the ’strip’ to be quiet, but close enough to get to the places we wanted to go."

"I booked a villa, 3bed2bath, it was great. Very spacious especially the balcony. The only downside was the pool and splash area were closed. I will be booking this villa on my next Branson trip. "

"You can walk anywhere from this hotel! Also, the lodge has a great pool as well as breakfast buffet. We stay here every time we go to Branson. "

"It was very nice. I did have an issue with the TV in the down stairs bedroom did not want to come on. And when I wanted to extend my stay by 1 night I was told by the resort I would have to go through Hotels.com and when I did go through Hotels.com I was told I had to go through the resort. When I went through the resort I was told they are booked hp and not extending any stays. Why couldn't they have said that start with instead of a run around that I was given."
