「We had planned a last-minute getaway to relax and to watch some TV series that we had been wanting to do. The condo was clean, the soap and shampoo/body wash did not even lather up. The front window screen was bent like someone tried to break in, the front door blinds were damaged, and the kitchen cabinets were water damaged on the bottoms.
