Holiday Apartment 'Riffl Anna' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Our new, cozy holiday retreat in Riffian near Merano is just a 10-minute drive from the center of the spa town, right on the Passeier cycle path. It’s ideally located for exploring the mountains and cycling routes around Merano, the Passeier Valley, Vinschgau, or the Merano lowlands. Whether you want to shop in Merano or Bolzano or go skiing in the family-friendly Meran 2000 ski area in winter, you’ll reach your destination quickly from here.



Our apartment Anna (50 m²) offers a balcony with views of the Hirzer mountain and the Passer river below. Nestled in greenery on a small farm with a few chickens and two rabbits, it’s a peaceful spot. A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket is 500 meters from the property. Bread delivery or a breakfast basket are available on request.



The newly designed apartment features a well-equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes, and all utensils needed for preparing breakfast or meals. The comfortable bedroom has a box-spring bed. In the living room, there’s a table for four, a pull-out sofa (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 m), a TV, and a modern bathroom with rain shower, towels, shower gel, soap, and toilet paper. Free Wi-Fi is included. The South Tyrol Mobilcard for free use of all public transport is provided.



In the neighboring building, we run a small family snack bar/burger grill with a lovely terrace, playground, beach volleyball court with sand, table tennis, table football, and a great kitchen. The snack bar is open six days a week. Our guests are welcome to use the sports facilities and playgrounds. Laundry and ironing service are available in the house for an extra fee.
