“Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. “Nice!”

“Great place to stay! Walking distance to downtown and the gondola. Hotel has allot of history to it. I think they could update the rooms more, for instance, not one hook in bathroom to hang clothes/robe. Not enough trash cans in rooms and didn’t have a suitcase stan. Don’t mind paying the cost of room but you would think they would have a little more convenience in the rooms. why didn’t”

“It was amazing to be able to see the alpacas whenever I stepped outside! The hostess was so kind and friendly, the property was clean and very cute.”

“Good ”

“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”

“Excellent property, poor staff and management. Had to deal directly with Expedia when the management wouldn’t resolve a room issue.”
