“The location of this home is perfect, between the town of New Paltz and Lake Minnewaska. It is a short bike ride from the Wallkill Valley Trail. The view is amazing. For nature lovers, there were several deer walking the property every day. Firepit was great! Need to purchase your own wood unless you are lucky to have the previous person leave some. Most important, the home was extremely comfortable, clean, updated, stocked with mostly everything you need. Even had coffee, creamer, tea and……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Dreamhouse! It was clean, comfortable, and had nearly everything we needed. There were a few small things that could use attention (the TV in the master bedroom we couldn't get to work, the freezer wasn’t freezing well, and the hot tub room was a bit dusty), but those fixes would make it even better. Communication with the host was easy, and responses were quick.Overall, the home was lovely and welcoming, with plenty of space for all 12 of us. We’d happily……

“This is a gorgeous property (as beautiful as the pictures online)! And there are so many places for people to sleep, a giant lovely table and other spaces to gather at, a private lush setting. Valerie was responsive in all ways, proactively provided great local info and directions, and made it all feel very easy and made us feel very welcome. When we arrived at night, lights were on, all beds were made (even sofa beds), and it was good to go. We would love to go back!”
