The property is a studio type apartment with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a king-size high-class bed. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
Everything at the apartment is prepared for you. Coffee, tea, sugar etc for free.

· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
