Cosy studio on the 4th floor of a renovated traditional Latvian brick building on Pērnavas iela – a quiet residential street a short tram or bus ride from Riga`s centre. King-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, shower room with washing machine, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace. Complimentary coffee and tea. Ideal for couples, solo travellers and longer stays.

The space
The studio is furnished in a contemporary Latvian style and has everything you need for a comfortable short or long stay.

Sleeping: one king-size bed with quality bed linen.

Kitchen: stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, dining table and wine glasses. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided free of charge.

Bathroom: shower, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel.

Work & relax: laptop-friendly workspace, TV and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is on the 4th floor.

Guest access
Guests have the entire studio to themselves. Self check-in is possible from 16:00 until 02:00 – detailed instructions are sent before arrival.

The neighbourhood
Pērnavas iela lies on the border of the Avoti and Grīziņkalns neighbourhoods – a calm, residential part of Riga`s historic centre known for its early-20th-century wooden and brick architecture.

Grīziņkalns Park and the historic Ziedoņdārzs park are a short walk away – perfect for a morning jog or an evening stroll. Supermarkets, bakeries and local cafés are just a few minutes on foot, and the Old Town is easy to reach.

Getting around
Public transport: tram and bus stops are about a 3-minute walk from the building, with direct lines to the Old Town and Central Station.

On foot: the city centre is roughly a 15–20 minute walk.

Taxi: Bolt and other ride-hailing apps work everywhere in Riga – a ride to the Old Town usually takes about 10 minutes.

Parking: There is no private parking at the building. Paid city parking is available nearby at Pērnavas iela 13: €1.00 per hour (minimum €1.00), or flat rates of €3.00 for the daytime (08:00–18:00) and €1.50 for the night (18:00–08:00). Pay easily via the Mobilly or Park Expert apps.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building (€200 penalty); please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval. Pets are not allowed.

Security: there is a Ring security camera (video) in the common area outside the apartment (at the entrance door / staircase / building entrance). It does not cover the inside of the apartment – there are no cameras inside the apartment.

Parking: no private parking. Nearest car park: Snabb Ģertrūdes 131, Ģertrūdes iela 131 – €1.50 per hour, €3.50 per day, €35 per month (no weekly rate); pay in the Snabb app or at the machine. Street parking around the building is paid city parking (Rīgas satiksme): €1–3 per hour depending on the zone on the street signs, paid Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–17:00, free on Sundays and public holidays. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· Pets are not allowed.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
