In the heart of Tuscany, the Villa il Palagio is the perfect destination for people who want to relax and explore this beautiful part of Italy. The villa has been sensitively renovated and converted into several stunning apartments. With its mix of classical architecture and modern luxury, guests can completely unwind in comfort.
The apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort. The chic living room has a contemporary sofa and armchairs. In the adjoining dining room, there is a table for 4 and a flat-screen TV. The separate, modern kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
The outdoor space has been arranged with as much care as the interiors. The swimming pool has elegant sun loungers and parasols close by, where guests can relax after a refreshing swim. And the grounds of the villa offer beautiful walks under the shade of the trees. Back indoors there is a communal games room where guests can meet and play billiards and table football.

Location
The villa is just 45 minutes from Arezzo, 40 minutes from the centre of Florence and 1 hour from Sienna, so the finest cities in Tuscany are all within easy reach. Chianti - famous for its delicious wines, is less than 1 hour from the house. A trip to one of the many vineyards for a wine tasting makes a wonderful day out.
For keen shoppers, The Mall, a collection of internationally renowned Italian designer outlets, is just 5 minutes away.
There are some excellent restaurants in the area, but for self-catering, the local markets are not to be missed. Rignano sull’Arno (5 minutes) has weekly markets on Thursday and Saturday, where you can find the very best local produce to cook back at the villa.
Florence airport is just 40 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 21st of May 2025 to the 23rd of September 2025
