「It was not the typical hotel/resort experience but the location, the coziness, the service and the atmosphere was amazing. Very clean room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. 「Great staff and location. The hotel needs some TLC particularly the gardens and pool area. The bathrooms were nicely decorated and very clean. There was a graduation celebration and woke up to trash and food around the pool area (tray of hamburger and hot dog sausage). The staff was very efficient in cleaning up the mess early morning around 5-6am (I’m an early riser;). A guest was very impolite mentioning in Spanish to a staff that “he hoped they put Clorox in the pool” as I was passing...

The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains).」

「The view is definitely awesome, is literally steps from the beach. The beach is for surfing not suitable for swimming (lot of currents). The room is very outdated, need more plugs example where the coffee maker is placed. Theres is one for three appliances so you need to disconnect one to use the other. For the price I’ve paid I expected more. Because it is an expedia offer they give you the old rooms. Which is not fair.」
