「Spacious apartment with incredible views and a large outdoor, enclosed, seating area for morning coffee, or to just enjoy the scenery. The location couldn’t be better. Even with luggage and a small child it was an easy walk from the Interlaken West train station. The host was very communicative in all aspects, from check-in/check-out and to helping us figure out the features of this modern apartment. We’d definitely consider this place at the top of the list when visiting the region again.」

VRBO Care only kicks in once you speak to someone on the phone, we ended up booking a hotel stay instead because the smell was too much for my lungs, I was coughing uncontrollably despite staying outside as long as possible. After 2 hours of seeking help from the host and VRBO Customer Service, we left, did not stay the night. 18...

「Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig und an einem guten Standort gelegen. Leider wurde in der Beschreibung ein Pool erwähnt, vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass damit das kostenpflichtige Hallenbad der Gemeinde gemeint war. Das fanden wir etwas irreführend und sehr schade! In der Küche fehlten einige wichtige Utensilien, beispielsweise eine grosse Bratpfanne und mehr Schöpfbesteck. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre es hilfreich, die Art der Kaffeemaschine in der Beschreibung anzugeben....
