「La administración deja mucho que desear al igual que la recepción, nos tuvieron esperando para ingresar a la cochera más de diez minutos, teniendo que exigir que alguien se acerque; no respetan tu reserva y se justifican diciendo que la plataforma colapsó. Si bien me asignaron otra habitación esta no fue la solicitada. La televisión tampoco funcionaba y tuvimos que subir y bajar 4 pisos para probar controles cuando deberían asegurarse antes de asignar la habitación, también nos hicieron esperar...

「Typically staff sweeps the floors but does not wipe them so while there isn’t any dirt on the floor you can see all the spots (sticky coffee (?) stains etc.). Nice hot showers that didn’t run out of hot water , no street noise since it is set back behind the more expensive LP Portales Hotel . Coffee was 8 soles refills included , great breakfast bar but at 35 soles not attractive . Only a five min. walk the bus terminal .」
