Quando cheguei fiquei uma hora na rua, porque a recepção estava dormindo e a porta do hotel fechada, após uma hora de espera, a recepção ainda me pareceu incomodada porque eu o havia acordado, e então a informação que eu recebi foi: não tinha reserva pra mim porque o hotéis.com só dá problema, eles não passam a reserva e o pagamento para o hotel, enfim, experiência ruim…
